Questions

Do I need to buy a separate Advent calendar?

No. Your printable calendar is included. If you already have one with treats or toys, you can use both. Many families open both doors each morning.

What ages is it for?

All ages. The whole family shares the same reading, and each person gets a question and an activity at their own level, so a 5-year-old, a 13-year-old and Mom and Dad can all do it together.

Can I do it without kids?

Yes. Choose "just me" or "couple" at checkout and the questions and activities are written for adults.

Is it tied to a church or denomination?

No. It follows the Christmas story straight from the Bible, so it works alongside any church.

Which Bible translations can I choose?

NIV, KJV, ESV, NLT, or a kid-friendly translation (ICB or NCV).

What do I need to print it?

A home printer and regular 8.5 x 11 paper. Cardstock makes the doors and story cards sturdier. You'll also need scissors and a glue stick. You don't have to print everything: each piece has its own print button.

Do we have to do it in the morning?

Not at all. Busy morning? Try opening the door and reading the story card at breakfast, then talk about it and do the activity after school or at dinner. Or save it all for bedtime. Whatever works for your crew.

What if we start late or miss a day?

No problem. Every reading is in your printable packet, so you can catch up or simply start where you are.

Can I give it as a gift?
